I would like to buy a flat in Uttara. Ideal size should be more or less within 1550- 1650 SQFT. Preferable sector is at sector 5, 14, 12 or 13. The road condition must be good in front of the building. The flat should be made on a square shaped land is a preferred choice. South facing is also preferable. The building can be semi or full finished condition. Semi finished is preferable. I like the floor is at 3 or 4. The building must have the facility of Lift and Generator. Before I decide to make the final payment of the flat, I would engage one engineers to check the quality of construction and also electrical fittings and designs for safety purpose.
