Responsibilities
Answer to the customer queries over the phone and social media.
• Understand customer requirements and provide informative solution by ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Receive customer opinion and assign to concerned department.
• Provide after sales services & follow up on customer.
• Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
• Take up duties as assigned.
Employment Status:
• Part-Time/ Full-time
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION NEEDED:
H.S.C(passed)/B.S.C/B.B.A/HONS/MBA
Female/Male Running students can apply for those posts
Additional Requirements
• Age 18 to 25 years
• No minimum experience required (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Mature, pleasant and presentable personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, resourceful and performance oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (Both English and Bangla).
Good typing skill both in Bangla (Avro) & English
Familiar with Chatting in different Social Media
Professional and courteous behavior and ability to collaborate with a team.
Excellent problem-resolution skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Job location: Anywhere in Dhaka,Bangladesh
Salary will be extended after promotion. Promotion will be given 2times in a year.
