Job Responsibilities:
 This is a target-oriented front-line sales position in the lighting product sales team and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our lighting products via defined corporate channel of acquisition.
 Must be capable of communicating with the customer on marketing matters at all the levels and arrange a meeting between upper management levels for final negotiation as required.
 To set & maintain a communication plan with all prospective companies & to communications should be result oriented.
 To be capable to identify the requirements & expectations of the companies communicated with and to be capable to satisfy all their queries.
 Developing an annual sales plan and providing weekly, monthly and quarterly update reports in connection to the company's yearly business plan to achieve sales target.
 Ensure team sales activities by the implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plans and evaluate with the top management.
 Communicates effectively with customers & keep in touch with potential clients and optimize profitability.
 Ready to take additional tasks and duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
 Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
 Responsible for proper documentation and Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments & complaints.
 Regular reporting to the higher management on periodical sales performance, day-to-day operation and daily clients visit report.
 Must be able to fulfill the responsibilities on time in perfect order.
 Manage existing & potential clients by physical sales visits and face to face contact.
 Develop and implement online marketing like Google Ad-words, Face book, LinkedIn, Twitter and other online social media. Create mailing lists and email templates for email marketing campaign.
 Must have a positive attitude to work in a team, punctual, honest and presentable person.
 Willingness to take extra responsibilities and challenges for the development of LBD.
 Always positive & "can do" attitude.
Additional Job Requirements:
 Should be a good listener, smart, self-motivated, energetic, hardworking, committed, capable to work under pressure, strong decision-maker, complex problem solver, have excellent oral and written skills on English & Bengali communication.
 Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point, E-mail & Internet browsing is a must.

Salary (monthly):
Tk 15,000.00 to 20,000.00 Or Negotiable
(depend on sales target, skills & experience).

After completing the 6 months provisional period he/ she will get the following facilities too-

Leave Nature: You will be entitled to enjoy leave by Company Rules, as follow:-
Festival leave: 22 days per year
Weekly holiday: 01 days (Friday)
Causal leave: 12 days per year (01 day/ months) will active after the provisional period.
Medical leave: 10 days per year (will active after the provisional period)
Earn leave: 01 days for each 26 working days (will active after 02 years continuous service)
Employment Status: Contractual for 03 to 05 years
Job Nature: Full Time (6 Days/ Week)
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor/ Master's in any discipline (Educational qualification is negotiable for experienced person)
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 03 year(s) experience in corporate Sales
