Job Responsibilities
• Overall Front Desk Management
• Welcome visitors, keep their details and handle them in a professional manner
• Respond to all telephone calls incoming / outgoing using PABX and maintain register
• Update contacts and mailing database
• Maintain dispatch and receiving of surface mails and maintain register
• Maintain general filing system and file mailing correspondence
• Maintain office store, keep records
• Maintain security by following procedures; issue gate pass, challan etc.
• Ensure a good flow of internal and external communication
• Maintain employees attendance record
• Keep message of the officers/ staffs in their absence
• Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
Employment Status
• Full-time
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor Degree. Educational qualification is relaxed for the exceptionally qualified candidates
Experience Requirements
• At least 1 year(s)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
• Must be very good in verbal communication
• Have good voice and patience
• Able to use PABX
• Able to work under pressure in multitasking environment
• Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office specially on Microsoft excel
• Good typing speed in both English & Bengali
• Highly dedicated to assigned job.
