Job Context:
· Zoardar Apparel Ltd is looking for an experienced person for the position Assistant Accountant in its Operational Office, Uttara, Dhaka.
· Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka
Assistant Accountant Job Duties:
Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Managing payroll
Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
Completing bank reconciliations
Entering financial information into appropriate software programs ( Tally)
Managing company ledgers
Coordinating internal and external audits
Verifying bank deposits
Managing day-to-day transactions
Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
Posting daily receipts
Preparing annual budgets
Encoding accounting entries for data processing
Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
Employment Status: Full-time
Experience Requirements
· At least 6 months experience.
Additional Requirements
· Age 24 to 35 years.
· Must have fluency in Bangla language with appropriate pronunciation.
· Proficiency in Ms Office (especially in Ms Excel & Word) & accounting software.
· Sound knowledge on day to day accounting operation.
· Strong Bookkeeping Skills.
Salary: negotiable
