Working Time: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (Weekly 6 Days)
Morning Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Evening (3:00 PM -11:00 PM) Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Job Description:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skill
- Team player
- Sound knowledge over MS Word & MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be fluent both in Bangla & English
