Description
8W UVC (Ultraviolet) T5 Tube Light, Length: 11.5", LBDR50, SAFER, SINGAPUR
What is UV technology? Ans: Ultra-Violet (UV) light is invisible to the human eye and is divided into UV-A, UV-B and UV-C.
UV-C is found within 100-280 nm range. Philips UV-C lamps have a peak wavelength at 254 nm which is close to the germicidal susceptibility peak. That’s why our lamps are extremely effective in breaking down the DNA of bacteria, viruses and spores. As a result they cannot multiple or make people ill.
UV (Ultraviolet) Lamp Applications: Lighting BD Limited (LBL) provides several kinds of UV lamps such as UV-A lamp, UV-B lamp and UV-C lamp for each range of the wavelength.
Our lamps are utilized in several purposes in the Bangladeshi market.
UV-A Applications; UV-A lamps have 315-400nm wavelength ultraviolet light and are used for wide variety of curing of polymers and inks.
The lamps are also used for electric insect killer and several kinds of fluorescence detection and attractions.
UV-B Applications; UV-B lamps have 280-315nm wavelength ultraviolet light and are used for wide variety of curing of polymers and inks.
The lamps are also used for several kinds of medical equipment.
UV-C Applications; UV-C lamps have mainly 254nm wavelength ultraviolet light. From its strong sterilizing ability, the lamps are used for wide variety of purification for air, water and surface of foods.
The challenge: The quality of the air we breathe, the water we drink and the cleanness of surfaces all have a profound effect on our health and well-being. We’re all at risk of contracting or spreading viruses and bacteria, but none more so than vulnerable patients who are being cared for in hospital and healthcare settings. Because any form of viral infection can complicate their recovery. And while our UV-C lamps don't treat people directly, they can make a difference by helping to neutralize any viruses and bacteria that might present a danger.
Please, make sure that your goods are ready to supply before coming to our office. So that, you will not have to wait outside for the goods!
